If you think that your vendors have worked at The Elliot before please reach out and let us know who you have hired so we can check that their information is on file. If they have not worked at The Elliot before you may send them to this page where they will be able to read what we need and how to get it to us!

TABC SERVER’S PERMIT
Please send your TABC Server’s Permit to info@theelliotevents.com. Each Bartender behind the bar at the event will be required to have their own TABC Server’s Permit.
Please send your Business License to info@theelliotevents.com.
*If the insured party named on the insurance we receive is the name of a business - you must submit a business license. If you do not have a business license than the insurance must name the individual who is bartending - with the names matching on the Server’s Permit and the Insurance. If there is a business license and insurance for the business then while we need to receive each individual Bartender’s Server’s permit- they are not required to each be listed on the insurance policy by name.
