50% of balance is due.

Option to book cottage for overnight as available.

Planning walkthrough with venue manager.

30 Days Out

Vendor list, Timeline, Wedding Insurance, Bartender and Catering license and insurance, and $500 damage deposit due.

Enjoy Your Big Day!

We require every event to hold a one million dollar event insurance policy and a five hundred dollar refundable damage deposit. We do not have preferred vendors. You must have a full service day of coordinator, a licensed and insured caterer, and a licensed and insured bartender.
