With years of experience in the wedding industry as a hairstylist, makeup artist, licensed florist, and occasional wedding coordinator, she understands the care and detail that go into creating a meaningful celebration. Her creative eye and love for photography, design, and hospitality shape how The Elliot is shared with future couples and the community. From capturing the beauty of the venue to thoughtfully communicating what makes each wedding experience special, Allie helps ensure the heart behind The Elliot is reflected in every detail.

A Memphis native and mom to two incredible boys, Bethany brings a warm and personal approach to every couple she works with. With 13 years of experience working closely with brides, she understands just how meaningful this season is. As Director of Events and Sales, Bethany is often one of the first friendly faces couples meet at The Elliot. She loves getting to know each couple, answering their questions, and helping them feel supported, confident, and genuinely cared for throughout the planning process.
