Allie helps bring the heart and story of The Elliot to life. With years of experience in the wedding industry as a hairstylist, makeup artist, licensed florist, and occasional wedding coordinator, she understands the care and detail that go into creating a meaningful celebration. Her creative eye and love for photography, design, and hospitality shape how The Elliot is shared with future couples and the community. From capturing the beauty of the venue to thoughtfully communicating what makes each wedding experience special, Allie helps ensure the heart behind The Elliot is reflected in every detail.

Bethany is a mom to two incredible boys and a Memphis native. She has been a hair and wedding stylist for the past 13 years and enjoy so much helping brides feel beautiful and confident on their most special day. As Director of Events and Sales, Bethany is often one of the first friendly faces couples meet at The Elliot. She loves getting to know each couple, answering their questions, and helping them feel comfortable and confident throughout the planning process. Her heart is to make every couple feel genuinely cared for as they prepare for one of the most special days of their lives.
